The Cajun Jambalaya Gourmet Cooking Sauce is made using the traditional Louisianan holy trinity: bell peppers, celery and onions. These ingredients are combined with the Seasoned Pioneers handcrafted Cajun spice mix. This powerhouse of feisty flavours encompasses the zest and fire of Louisianan cuisine. Jambalaya is typically a one-pot dish, made by mixing chicken, andouille sausage and shrimp with rice, vegetables and a hot spice mix. This creates a rich, fruity and warming meal, often considered comfort food. Louisiana is famed for creating mouth-watering flavours with lots of spice.
